Conditions of sale

These General Sales Conditions govern the sale of the items marketed by Frantoio F.lli Paolocci srl through its e-commerce site.
Generalities
The supply contracts concluded through this site are governed by these General Conditions of Sale, which are an integral and substantial part; All the terms of the General Conditions have been accepted by the customer at the time of order: they are therefore highlighted at the end of the order and are subject to the activation of a flag of acceptance by the Customer.
Orders
All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by Frantoio F.lli Paolocci; the automatic response that the customer has the opportunity to ascertain the successful receipt of the purchase offer; in order to respect their correct fulfillment the orders must be complete in every part.
The order is intended by the customer to receive, by the franchise, the corresponding payment according to one of the methods indicated on the site. If the order is from the Customer in excess of the quantities in stock, the Customer will be promptly informed by the Frantoio and may:

1. to establish the total or partial withdrawal of the order, with immediate repayment of the amount relative to the quota of the order that remains unavoidable;
2. agree with the Frantoio the total or partial replacement of the products treated with other equivalent products.

Prices
The express selling prices on the site are all VAT included. The cost of shipping is automatically explained at the time of ordering.
Shipping
Once the payment has been received, the Frantoio will send the ordered goods, by courier, to the address indicated by the Customer. In the event that the Corriere has realized to have done so in the shortest possible time the Corriere itself or the Frantoio in order to agree a new delivery.
Il Corriere delivers a street plan; therefore it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for any transport up to the final delivery point. No responsibility can be attributed to the Frantoio in case of delay or non delivery due to force majeure or accident.
Right of withdrawal by the customer
The customer can receive the right of withdrawal within ten working days from receipt of the ordered goods if they do not consider themselves satisfied with the purchase made. In this case it must communicate the cancellation of the order by e-mail and commit to a cure and expenses for the return of all the products received.
The only expenses charged to the customer will be those related to the delivery, at the headquarters of the Frantoio, of the goods ordered, intact and packaged.
Under penalty of forfeiture, the right of withdrawal must be exercised by registered letter with return receipt, attaching a copy of the fiscal document of purchase and the bank details for the return of the amount paid.
In case of withdrawal, the Frantoio will promptly, and in any case no later than 10 working days from the data on the receipt of the Registered Note, to the return to the Customer of the relevant amount by bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

1. purchase of goods packaged with the customer's label or in any way customized upon request;
2. products not delivered due to the customer's absence at the address indicated on the order form.

Applicable legislation
The contracts stipulated online by our site are governed by Italian law. Although not expressly provided for here, the provisions of the law are valid The relevant legislation is Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n.206 (Consumer Code).
